Corporate social responsibility (CSR)

Green Waters Foundation www.green-waters.org was founded in 2007 with a vision to contribute towards UN sustainable development Goals. Our team has the experience of working together for two decades. We are a family of professionals.

We first initiated the idea of cross border recruitment services through www.govire.com with a vision which offers wider services. We then decided on The Bureau of Sustainability and Social Impact (BUSUSOI) as a “best fit” next step for our team in The Netherlands.

BUSUSOI offers services for the purpose of making profit but also makes a contribution towards UN Sustainable development goals through implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects. As a team we contribute our time and effort for free towards Green Waters carefully selected CSR projects.


Building partnerships for sustainability

The Bureau of Sustainability and Social Impact (BUSUSOI) builds partnerships with both non-profit and for profit organizations which are excited to work with a team of highly professional and fund professionals. We are flexible to negotiate terms of agreements beneficial to all stakeholders involved.


Cross boarder remote work recruitment services

BUSUSOI operates the same way as traditional recruitment agencies but with focus on cross boarder remote work for the marginalised target groups, especially stay at home mothers who wish to work but cannot work during traditional work hours in their local time due to a conflict of priorities.


The trainings we offer

BUSUSOI offers trainings to local NGO counterparts in developing countries to ensure that alignment of service quality, communication efficiency and meeting timelines.

BUSUSOI also offers sustainability trainings to business partners depending on organizational needs.


Sustainability consulting services

BUSUSOI offers consultation on sustainable implementation of environmental impacts analysis, life cycle analysis, social impact analysis, ESG programs, remote work, inclusive recruitment, policies, business models sustainability, sustainability programs implementation and corporate social responsibility programs, with a vision of contributing towards UN sustainable development goals (SDGs).
