Gender equality policy
1.1 Purpose
Our gender equality policy encourages us to prioritise women who are left out of the work force due to their status of being mothers of young children. This is our main target group. We empower our main target group by offering employment agency services to find them the types of employment which allows them to work remotely on flexible work hours with results oriented expectations.
1.2 Target groups
Our main target group is ‘stay at home mothers’ with young children. By young children we mean children who are under the age of 18. This policy will also apply to expectant (pregnant) women.
1.3 Scope
Our current policy will cover target groups within EU, Europe and The US.
1.4 Expectations
We expect that BUSUSOI will be able to serve employment needs for the target group of expecting mothers and mothers with young children for a long time.
We also expect positive results such as; an increasing number of women who had to give up their jobs when they started a family to re-join the job market, more women joining the work force after giving birth, an increasing number of women reaching leadership positions due to the fact that they did not have to leave their work at some point just because they could not juggle between going to work and taking care of children.
1.5 Social aspect
BUSUSOI vision is to contribute towards reducing gender based discrimination at work places, to empower women with the choice of not sacrificing career over family, to close the gender gaps in the labour market, to close the leadership gender gap in the market, to offer equal participation for women in the labour market, to raise the image of women within society, and to achieve gender balance in decision making within families, within organizations and within our wider communities.
1.6 Conclusion
BUSUSOI gender equality policy will be updated regularly to remain in alignment with relevant changes which may happen within or outside the company environment.
